Kosovo and Luxembourg Sign New Memorandum of Understanding for 2026–2030

On July 7, in Luxembourg, the governments of Kosovo and Luxembourg signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the period 2026–2030, with a budget of 50 M EUR.

The agreement reaffirms the strong partnership between the two countries and sets out shared priorities in key areas, including:

  • Health
  • Skills development for sustainable employment
  • Sustainable and inclusive economic growth
  • Support for civil society

This renewed commitment reflects a joint vision for long-term, people-centered development and underscores Luxembourg’s continued support for Kosovo’s progress toward a more inclusive and resilient society.

The MoU builds on years of successful collaboration and paves the way for deeper engagement in the years ahead.
