Signature of a new Bilateral Agreement accompanied by a new Memorandum of Understanding

Last week marked a historic moment in the longstanding partnership between Kosovo and Luxembourg, with the signature of a new Bilateral Agreement 2023-2030 accompanied by a new Memorandum of Understanding 2023-2025 for 35 million EUR and covering the sectors of Vocational Education and Training; Health; Sustainable and Inclusive Growth; as well as support to civil society. This will open the doors to diversify relationships beyond traditional development cooperation and supporting Kosovo in its green and digital transitions and on its European path.
